It can be difficult to get your blog content organized and put together. You may have some good ideas, but when you try to put it all in order you may find yourself frustrated. So, what is the answer? Get a blog content management system or calendar to manage your blog content and make it easier to follow.
The first thing that you will need is a blog or content management tool. I am blogging on a very tight budget so I do not use a CMS system because they often come with a month to month monthly fee. Instead, simply use Google Calendars because it is free, easy to set up and easy to search. I use it to manage all of my blogs. Once you have your calendar installed on your blog, you can login and manage your blog as if you were actually at the blog. When you create a new post, you can then enter the title, date, body, and tags as you would normally do with your blog. If you have many posts on your calendar, you will be able to add them to your blog automatically.
If you are using a CMS to manage your blog, you will be able to add more than one page to your calendar. You can add comments to each page and insert images and videos. These features are very useful for getting you to write more articles. You can also use the blog's built in search functionality to find information for any post that you want.
If you choose to use your own content calendar you can even have the ability to create feeds that you can use on your blog's feed reader. This will allow you to syndicate your blog feed onto your own site. If you do not want to have this option, there are other ways that you can syndicate your blog feed.
Some people will ask if you should use BlogTalkRadio. The short answer is no, but there are some benefits. It may work for you if you do not already have a radio show.
You can also use Blog Talk Radio to syndicate your blog feeds to various other sites like Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, Yahoo! etc. if you would rather not have BlogTalkRadio.
Another feature of a blog management tool that I find very useful is the ability to add multiple pages to your blog. This is extremely useful if you have many blogs and want to publish some of them on separate days or dates. Another benefit of this feature is the ability to import the blogs that you want from the RSS directory. and add those to your blog automatically without you having to manually add each and every post.
By using a blog management software like Google Calendar or a blog site like BlogTalkRadio you will be able to manage and optimize your blog for the search engines like Google. and get great visibility.
